We have embarked on a grand adventure. After 100 years, the Port Elgin Library Branch will be getting a much needed expansion and renovation to keep up with today's world.

The Port Elgin Library Branch is more than a building. It is more than books and people. It is an idea, in the purest sense. It represents the idea that we have great freedoms, but they are all too often taken for granted. That we are free to think and express those feelings in a feww and democratic society.
